    PTTC 1 HOUR SELF AWARENESS SEMINAR: Lecture and classroom discussion of the do’s and don’ts for today’s Street Smart Person. The student will also learn about the “Instinctive Reaction” Self Defensive Program. (I.R.S.D.P.)

    (2HOUR) HANDS ON SELF DEFENSIVE WORKSHOP: The student will learn more about the “Instinctive Reaction “Self Awareness Program. This program is where the students will learn different survival techniques and how to apply them within the three confrontational fighting ranges (Close, Mid, Grapping/Ground Defensive). There will be role-playing with scenarios and practical application.
